If the account someone is looking at does not match those exact handles — it is not them. The handles are the killer detail. A fake account cannot simultaneously control the real person's Instagram. The handle will always differ. The REAL profile shows the exact verified handles to compare against.
Name search is also available as a secondary option — showing full profiles with handles and timestamps so differences between similar names are immediately visible.
