Answers to the questions members actually ask — how verification works, how to report a fake account, and how to manage your membership.
From your dashboard, click "Add Platform." You'll be asked to prove you control that account — the exact method depends on the platform. Once confirmed, it appears on your public REAL profile immediately.
Pending means we've received your request but haven't confirmed control of that account yet. This isn't automatic for every platform — some steps need a manual check. It'll update as soon as verification completes.
Not yet — right now, one REAL ID covers one identity and its linked platforms. Multiple business profiles under a single government ID is something we're building, but it isn't live yet.
It's on your dashboard, in the Badge section. There are two versions — a live badge with embed code for your website or Linktree, and a static image version for email signatures. Full instructions for each are shown right there.
Not yet self-serve — if your handle or display name changes on an already-verified platform, get in touch and we'll update it manually for now. A dashboard option for this is coming.
From your dashboard, click "Report a Fake Account," fill in the platform and details, and attach screenshots if you have them. This generates two things: a Report Pack (ready-to-paste text for that platform's own report form) and an Evidence Report (a formal PDF or image document with your verified identity and the screenshots attached).
It's a formal record proving who you are and what happened, downloadable as a PDF or a JPEG image. Use it to strengthen a normal platform report, or keep it for legal escalation if things go further.
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn all have their own upload field, so you can attach your Evidence Report directly to their report form. For YouTube, Email and Website/Domain impersonation, keep your Evidence Report for your own records or escalation — those routes don't take a direct attachment the same way.
Head to Billing from your dashboard — it opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can update your card, see invoices, and manage your plan.
You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your public profile stays live but shows as "Verification Lapsed" — it isn't deleted. Your RL number is permanently retired and never reissued to anyone else. Cancelling ends active membership, not your verified history.
On the affected platform's card, click "Report Compromise" and choose what happened — hacked, banned, or lost access. This immediately shows a warning on your public profile so nobody can be fooled by whoever's now controlling that account, and it's logged permanently in your trust timeline. Once you've recovered access, mark it as recovered and your profile updates straight back to normal.
